Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days.

Return the item
We will arrange a pickup from your address or you may drop off at our location. Items must be securely packed.

Receive your refund
Once we inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Refund Methods
Card payments: Refunded to the original card within 5–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer or cash handover, arranged by our team.
Store credit: Available as an alternative if you prefer — valid for 12 months.
