How Delivery Works

Place your order
Complete checkout and receive your order confirmation by email.

Order processing
Our team prepares and packs your order, usually within a few hours on business days.

Dispatch
Your order is handed to our delivery partner. A tracking number will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email.

Delivery
Our driver contacts you before arriving. Someone must be available to receive the package.
Order Cut-off Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
Business days: Monday – Saturday. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.
Packaging
All orders are packed securely to prevent damage in transit. Fragile items receive extra padding. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.
Gift Wrapping
Add gift wrapping at checkout for a small fee. You can include a personalised message and we'll print it on a gift card included with your order. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions.
